ข้อตกลงการใช้งาน
เกม QuizLegends ("เกม") พัฒนาและให้บริการโดย Wayrise ("เรา") เมื่อคุณติดตั้งหรือเล่นเกม ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อตกลงนี้และนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว
1. อายุผู้เล่น
เกมนี้สำหรับผู้มีอายุ 13 ปีขึ้นไป ผู้ที่อายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปีควรได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครองก่อนซื้อสินค้าในเกม
2. บัญชีผู้เล่น
- บัญชีผูกกับอุปกรณ์ของคุณ หากต้องการเล่นต่อในเครื่องอื่นหรือกันข้อมูลหาย ให้บันทึกบัญชีด้วย Google ในหน้าตั้งค่า
- คุณรับผิดชอบการใช้งานบัญชีของตัวเอง ห้ามซื้อขาย ให้เช่า หรือโอนบัญชี
3. ชื่อและความประพฤติ
- ห้ามตั้งชื่อที่หยาบคาย ลามก ดูหมิ่น แอบอ้างเป็นทีมงานหรือบุคคลอื่น หรือละเมิดสิทธิ์ผู้อื่น
- ห้ามใช้บอท สคริปต์ โปรแกรมช่วยเล่น การแก้ไขเกม หรือช่องโหว่ เพื่อเอาเปรียบผู้อื่น ระบบอันดับ หรือระบบรางวัล
- ห้ามกลั่นแกล้งหรือคุกคามผู้เล่นคนอื่น
4. ไอเทมและสกุลเงินในเกม
เพชร หมึก การ์ด กรอบ ฉายา สติกเกอร์ และไอเทมอื่นในเกม เป็นสิทธิ์ใช้งานภายในเกมเท่านั้น ไม่ใช่ทรัพย์สินของคุณ ไม่มีมูลค่าเป็นเงินจริง แลกคืนเป็นเงินไม่ได้ และห้ามซื้อขายนอกเกม
5. การซื้อในเกม
- การซื้อทั้งหมดทำผ่าน Google Play หรือ App Store และเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขของร้านค้านั้น
- การขอคืนเงินให้ดำเนินการผ่านร้านค้าที่คุณซื้อ ตามนโยบายของร้านค้านั้น และตามสิทธิ์ผู้บริโภคตามกฎหมาย
- หากซื้อแล้วไม่ได้รับของ ติดต่อเราพร้อมหลักฐานการซื้อ เราจะตรวจสอบและมอบให้
- บัตรรายเดือนหรือแพ็กที่มีระยะเวลา จะนับเวลาตามที่แสดงในเกม
6. การสุ่มการ์ด
โอกาสได้การ์ดแต่ละระดับ และจำนวนครั้งที่การันตี แสดงอยู่ในหน้าสุ่มในเกม ผลการสุ่มแต่ละครั้งเป็นแบบสุ่ม
7. โฆษณารับรางวัล
การดูโฆษณาเป็นทางเลือก รางวัลจะมอบเมื่อดูจบและระบบยืนยันแล้ว มีจำนวนครั้งต่อวันตามที่แสดงในเกม ห้ามใช้วิธีใดหลอกระบบโฆษณา
8. การระงับบัญชี
หากพบการทำผิดข้อตกลงนี้ เราอาจลบรางวัลที่ได้มาโดยไม่ถูกต้อง เปลี่ยนชื่อ หรือระงับบัญชีชั่วคราวหรือถาวร โดยพิจารณาตามความร้ายแรง
9. การเปลี่ยนแปลงและการหยุดให้บริการ
เราอาจปรับปรุง เปลี่ยนแปลง เพิ่ม หรือนำเนื้อหา ระบบ หรือไอเทมบางส่วนออก เพื่อพัฒนาเกม หากจะหยุดให้บริการทั้งเกม เราจะแจ้งล่วงหน้าในเกมอย่างน้อย 30 วัน
10. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
ภาพ เสียง ตัวละคร และเนื้อหาของเกมเป็นของ Wayrise หรือผู้อนุญาต ชื่อ แบรนด์ หรือผลงานของผู้อื่นที่ปรากฏในคำถาม ใช้เพื่ออ้างอิงข้อเท็จจริงเท่านั้น และเป็นของเจ้าของแต่ละราย
11. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
เราให้บริการเกม "ตามสภาพ" และพยายามให้ระบบทำงานได้ตลอดเวลา แต่ไม่รับประกันว่าจะไม่มีข้อผิดพลาดหรือการหยุดชะงัก ทั้งนี้ไม่ตัดสิทธิ์ใดที่คุณมีตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค
12. การลบบัญชี
คุณขอลบบัญชีได้ในหน้าตั้งค่าของเกม หรือที่หน้าลบบัญชี
13. กฎหมายที่ใช้
ข้อตกลงนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย
14. การแก้ไขข้อตกลง
หากเราแก้ไขข้อตกลงนี้ จะแจ้งในเกมหรือในหน้านี้พร้อมวันที่มีผลใหม่ การเล่นต่อหลังวันที่มีผลถือว่ายอมรับข้อตกลงใหม่

Terms of Use
QuizLegends (the "Game") is developed and operated by Wayrise ("we"). By installing or playing the Game you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Age
The Game is for players aged 13 and over. Players under 20 should have a parent's or guardian's consent before making purchases.
2. Your account
- Your account is tied to your device. To keep it safe or play on another device, save it with Google in Settings.
- You are responsible for your account. Do not sell, rent or transfer it.
3. Names and conduct
- No names that are rude, obscene, insulting, impersonate our team or anyone else, or infringe others' rights.
- No bots, scripts, cheat tools, game modification or exploits to gain an advantage over others, the rankings or the reward systems.
- No bullying or harassment of other players.
4. Virtual items and currencies
Gems, ink, cards, frames, titles, stickers and other in-game items are a limited licence to use inside the Game. They are not your property, have no real-money value, cannot be redeemed for money and may not be traded outside the Game.
5. Purchases
- All purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store under that store's terms.
- Refunds are requested from the store you bought from, under its policy and your statutory consumer rights.
- If a purchase was not delivered, contact us with your receipt and we will check and deliver it.
- Monthly cards and timed packs run for the period shown in the Game.
6. Card draws
The chance of each card rarity and the guarantee count are shown on the draw screen in the Game. Each draw is random.
7. Rewarded ads
Watching ads is optional. Rewards are given once the ad is finished and verified, up to the daily limits shown in the Game. Do not attempt to defraud the ad system.
8. Suspension
If you break these terms we may remove rewards obtained unfairly, change your name, or suspend your account temporarily or permanently, depending on how serious the breach is.
9. Changes and shutdown
We may update, change, add or remove content, systems or items to improve the Game. If we shut the Game down entirely, we will give at least 30 days' notice in the Game.
10. Intellectual property
The Game's art, audio, characters and content belong to Wayrise or its licensors. Names, brands or works of others mentioned in questions are used only to refer to facts and belong to their respective owners.
11. Liability
The Game is provided "as is". We work to keep it running, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer protection law.
12. Account deletion
You can request deletion in the Game's Settings or on the account deletion page.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
14. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will announce it in the Game or on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to play after that date means you accept the new terms.
