เกม QuizLegends ("เกม") พัฒนาและดูแลโดย Wayrise ("เรา") นโยบายนี้อธิบายว่าเราเก็บข้อมูลอะไร ใช้ทำอะไร แบ่งปันกับใคร และคุณมีสิทธิ์อะไรบ้าง ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)
1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ
- ข้อมูลบัญชีในเกม: รหัสผู้เล่นที่ระบบสร้างให้ ชื่อในเกม รูปโปรไฟล์และกรอบที่เลือก รหัสเพื่อน และถ้าคุณเลือกล็อกอินด้วยบัญชี Google เราจะเก็บรหัสบัญชีที่ Google ส่งมาเพื่อผูกบัญชีเท่านั้น
- รูปโปรไฟล์ที่อัปโหลดเอง (ถ้าเลือกใช้): รูปที่คุณเลือกจากเครื่อง ระบบของเราตรวจรูปไม่เหมาะสมบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเราเองก่อนใช้งาน (ไม่ส่งให้บริการภายนอก) รูปที่ใช้จะแสดงให้ผู้เล่นคนอื่นเห็น และถูกลบเมื่อคุณเปลี่ยนรูปหรือลบบัญชี
- ข้อมูลการเล่น: คะแนน อันดับ เลเวล ไอเทม การ์ด สกุลเงินในเกม ประวัติการตอบคำถาม ผลแมตช์ ภารกิจ และการเช็คอิน
- ข้อมูลเพื่อนและการเล่นร่วมกัน: รายชื่อเพื่อน คำขอเป็นเพื่อน การเชิญเข้าห้อง การส่งพลังงาน และสติกเกอร์ที่ส่งระหว่างแมตช์ (เป็นสติกเกอร์สำเร็จรูป ไม่มีแชทข้อความอิสระ)
- การซื้อในเกม: รายการที่ซื้อและหลักฐานการซื้อจาก Google Play หรือ App Store เพื่อมอบของให้ถูกต้อง เราไม่เห็นและไม่เก็บข้อมูลบัตรหรือการชำระเงินของคุณ
- ข้อมูลโฆษณา: จำนวนครั้งที่ดูโฆษณารับรางวัล และรหัสโฆษณาของอุปกรณ์ (Advertising ID) ที่ Google AdMob ใช้แสดงโฆษณา
- ข้อมูลอุปกรณ์และการเชื่อมต่อ: ประเภทอุปกรณ์ ระบบปฏิบัติการ ประเทศโดยประมาณ ที่อยู่ IP (ใช้กันการโกงและจำกัดการเรียกใช้ ไม่เก็บถาวร) และรหัสอุปกรณ์สำหรับป้องกันบัญชีที่ถูกระงับกลับมาใช้
- ข้อความที่คุณส่งหาเรา: รายงานคำถามที่ผิด และข้อความติดต่อฝ่ายช่วยเหลือ
2. เราใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อ
- ให้คุณเล่นเกม เก็บความคืบหน้า และย้ายบัญชีข้ามเครื่องได้
- จับคู่แข่งขัน จัดอันดับ และระบบเพื่อน
- มอบรางวัล ของที่ซื้อ และรางวัลจากโฆษณาให้ถูกต้อง
- ป้องกันการโกง การใช้งานผิดปกติ และรักษาความปลอดภัย
- ตอบคำถามและแก้ปัญหาที่คุณแจ้ง
- ปรับปรุงคำถามและความสมดุลของเกม
ฐานทางกฎหมาย: เพื่อปฏิบัติตามข้อตกลงการให้บริการเกม ประโยชน์อันชอบธรรมในการป้องกันการโกงและดูแลระบบ และความยินยอมของคุณสำหรับโฆษณาแบบปรับตามบุคคล
3. การแบ่งปันข้อมูล
เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ เราแบ่งปันข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นกับ:
- Google AdMob สำหรับแสดงโฆษณา AdMob อาจเก็บรหัสโฆษณาและข้อมูลอุปกรณ์ตาม นโยบายของ Google คุณเลือกไม่รับโฆษณาแบบปรับตามบุคคลได้ในหน้าขอความยินยอมในเกม หรือในการตั้งค่าอุปกรณ์
- Google Play และ Apple App Store สำหรับการซื้อในเกม
- Supabase Auth เมื่อคุณเลือกบันทึกบัญชีด้วย Google ระบบนี้จะประมวลผลอีเมลของคุณเพื่อยืนยันตัวตนแทนเรา ฝั่งเกมเก็บเพียงรหัสอ้างอิงบัญชี ไม่เก็บอีเมล
- ผู้ให้บริการเซิร์ฟเวอร์และเครือข่าย ที่เก็บและส่งข้อมูลเกมแทนเรา ภายใต้สัญญารักษาความลับ
- ผู้เล่นคนอื่น จะเห็นชื่อในเกม รูปโปรไฟล์ (รวมรูปที่อัปโหลดเอง) กรอบ ฉายา อันดับ และคะแนนของคุณในกระดานอันดับ แมตช์ และหน้าเพื่อน
- หน่วยงานรัฐ เมื่อกฎหมายบังคับเท่านั้น
4. ระยะเวลาเก็บข้อมูล
เราเก็บข้อมูลบัญชีและการเล่นตลอดเวลาที่บัญชียังใช้งาน เมื่อคุณลบบัญชีในเกม ข้อมูลจะถูกลบทันที ถ้าขอลบทางอีเมล เราจะลบหรือทำให้ระบุตัวตนไม่ได้ภายใน 30 วัน ยกเว้นข้อมูลที่กฎหมายบังคับให้เก็บ เช่น หลักฐานการซื้อ บันทึกระบบเพื่อความปลอดภัยเก็บไม่เกิน 90 วัน
5. สิทธิ์ของคุณ
คุณมีสิทธิ์ขอเข้าถึง ขอสำเนา ขอแก้ไข ขอลบ ขอระงับหรือคัดค้านการใช้ข้อมูล และถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อ ขอลบบัญชีได้ในเกมที่หน้าตั้งค่า แท็บบัญชี หรือที่ หน้าลบบัญชี หรือติดต่อเราทางอีเมลด้านล่าง คุณมีสิทธิ์ร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.)
6. เด็ก
เกมนี้ไม่ได้ออกแบบมาสำหรับเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี และเราไม่ตั้งใจเก็บข้อมูลของเด็กกลุ่มนี้ หากพบว่ามีบัญชีของเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี เราจะลบข้อมูลนั้น
7. ความปลอดภัย
เราส่งข้อมูลผ่านการเชื่อมต่อที่เข้ารหัส (HTTPS) จำกัดสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงข้อมูล และคำนวณผลการเล่นที่เซิร์ฟเวอร์เพื่อกันการโกง
8. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
หากเราแก้ไขนโยบายนี้ จะแจ้งในเกมหรือในหน้านี้ พร้อมวันที่มีผลใหม่

Privacy Policy
QuizLegends (the "Game") is developed and operated by Wayrise ("we"). This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and your rights, including under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
1. Data we collect
- Game account: a generated player ID, your in-game name, chosen avatar and frame, friend code, and, if you choose to sign in with Google, the account identifier Google returns (used only to link your account).
- Uploaded profile photo (optional): a picture you choose from your device. Our own server checks it for inappropriate content before use (it is not sent to outside services). The photo you use is visible to other players and is deleted when you change it or delete your account.
- Gameplay: scores, ranks, level, items, cards, in-game currencies, answer history, match results, quests and check-ins.
- Friends and multiplayer: friend list, friend requests, room invites, energy gifts and in-match stickers (preset stickers only; there is no free-text chat).
- Purchases: what you bought and the purchase receipt from Google Play or the App Store, so we can deliver items. We never see or store your card or payment details.
- Advertising: how many rewarded ads you watched, and your device's advertising ID, used by Google AdMob to serve ads.
- Device and connection: device type, operating system, approximate country, IP address (for anti-cheat and rate limiting, not stored permanently) and a device identifier used to stop banned accounts returning.
- Messages you send us: question reports and support messages.
2. How we use data
- To run the Game, save your progress and let you move your account between devices.
- For matchmaking, leaderboards and friends.
- To deliver rewards, purchases and ad rewards correctly.
- To prevent cheating and abuse and keep the service secure.
- To answer your requests and fix problems you report.
- To improve questions and game balance.
Legal bases: performance of our agreement to provide the Game, legitimate interests in preventing cheating and operating the service, and your consent for personalised advertising.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is needed with:
- Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may collect the advertising ID and device data as described in Google's policy. You can opt out of personalised ads in the in-game consent screen or your device settings.
- Google Play and the Apple App Store for purchases.
- Supabase Auth, when you choose to save your account with Google: it processes your email to verify you on our behalf; the Game keeps only an account reference, not your email.
- Hosting and network providers that store and transmit game data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Other players, who see your in-game name, avatar (including an uploaded photo), frame, title, rank and scores on leaderboards, in matches and on friend screens.
- Authorities, only when required by law.
4. Retention
We keep account and gameplay data while your account is active. When you delete your account in the Game it is deleted immediately; if you ask by email we delete or anonymise it within 30 days, except data we must keep by law (such as purchase records). Security logs are kept for no more than 90 days.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, a copy of, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time. To delete your account use Settings, Account tab in the Game, or the account deletion page or email us. You may also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.
6. Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn an account belongs to a child under 13, we will delete it.
7. Security
Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS), access is restricted, and results are calculated on our servers to prevent cheating.
8. Changes
If we change this policy we will announce it in the Game or on this page with a new effective date.
